Analysis - We begin with a comprehensive analysis to identify where performance is affected by new systems and processes and what new skills employees will need at system cutover.
Design - Our training professionals work with your organization to create a training solution that uses an appropriate training strategy. We design customized training solutions based on measurable tasks identified for job performance.
Development - Powerful exercises and simulations give an organization's employees engaging yet instructionally sound courseware.
Implementation - We deliver training so that an organization's employees are guaranteed to have the skills that are needed to perform their existing and future tasks. Participants are given ample opportunity to master these skills and build confidence in their abilities.
Evaluation - Training is reviewed and evaluated by participants and managers to ensure it meets their needs and improves employee job performance.
Our e-Learning development and delivery process goes well beyond traditional training and support services. Each developed product adheres to Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMM requirements and incorporates industry and government standards including Section 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act.
